How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Read Mark McCormack book on what they do not teach you at Harvard Business School. MM founded IMG and was a lawyer from William & Mary. I found the top search professional in Manhattan and offer to work for him for free if he would share 50% of my value add in 1991. After practicing as CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers and being a CFO of the oldest REIT I never looked backed.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Hands on white glove service and a platform since 1981. Our firm double teams each engagement with two senior partners, offer to reinvest our profit back into the client which aligns our long term vision with the results of our searches. We have CEO assignments where the CEO drove the business to exit or success events worth billions. The right leadership can be priceless.

Mid - Atlantic, New England and our Partners practice across North America from Silicon Valley to Silicon Alley from Rt 128 to Dallas Tx. We deploy a network of boutique search firms in EMEA, Latin America and PacRIM
